In Greene County district court Jerry Lavern Miller, 66, of Grand Junction pleaded not guilty Dec. 23 to a charge of domestic abuse assault display or use weapon. A trial date was set for Mar. 3.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Justin Ray Lopez, 21, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- third or subsequent offense; Angeline Marie Graham, 58, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- second offense; Joshua Leo LeClair, 35, of Churdan, domestic abuse assault- third or subsequent offense; Kenneth Eugene Rosenow, 60, of Farlin, operating while intoxicated; Daniel J. Miller, 24, of Blakesburg, driving while license barred; Daniel Joseph Tasler, 28, of Jefferson, child endangerment causing serious injury; and Vilma Espinosa Howlett, 61, of Boone, OWI.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Brock Michael Igou, 20, of Fort Dodge has been charged with possession of marijuana.
